I'm laughing hard right now. For my 40th, my students bought me a year supply of fiber tablets.
Mr. Murphy has quite a lot to say about colon cleansing in The Nutty Professor too (via the various characters he plays). That's what I thought of as soon as I read the can - even before I read the quote!
