That is an eye popping blue :) It is funny to see blue being the 'it' color again.
Is that eye shadow? Takes me back to my junior high years. ;-) Though ours wasn't that sparkly.

Now, you have to see if she'll be willing to try metallic silver... yep, that's what I wore "under" my navy blue eyeliner in 8th grade... I thought it was hot.
Great pic. I LOVE your new picture at the top! I didn't know I could put a picture up there. The perspective on that picture is so amazing. LOVE IT!
Sandie -- Umm, I'm not sure if it is the IT color...LOL. Equus sure does like to experiment, though. And as long as we are staying away from tattoos and piercings for a few more years, I am fine with that!
